The Beauty Edition: Spring Shades

The sun is peeking through and this reflects in my outfits, although emphasise on the ‘peek’. I’m a November baby so typically a winter girl, give me grey and black any day. Throughout Spring/Summer i do like to incorporate notes of colour and something subtle like a pastel nail shade will do for me. Barry M have recently bought out a new ‘speedy’ range which claims for a lightening speed drying time. They have taken the word speed and used this as a basis for the look of the product. The bottles have a gorgeous check design, like a racing flag and the names are based on Formula…

The Beauty Edition: Bamboo Beauty Brushes

Flawless skin is something we all dream of, right? Grabbing all sorts of lotions and potions in the hope that they will give us a miracle glow to the skin. Just lately i realised it’s not always in the products you use but the tools to apply them. The Beauty Edition: Peach Perfection

Last year i was offered the opportunity to have my hair done at the famous Bleach London salon in one of their branches in Dalston. Bleach London is renowned for their perfect pastel shades and they have certainly stamped their mark in the hair care world. The colouring service they offer is so unique and if you’re looking for something different and bold then you will be spoilt for choice. The range of colours are fantastic and the formula enables you to go for a bold or pastel look as the colour itself is worked on wet hair as oppose to dry. I am so drawn to…

You know that frustrating feeling of having to keep buying purses because they break, the zip gets stuck or it doesn’t take the weight of your coins, cards, receipts (girls keep a lot of receipts) and it splits and rips… I’m sure I’m not the only one that has experienced this and potentially repurchased a lot sooner than ideally needed to, right?  Well at the start of last year 2014 i invested in a purse from Matt and Nat and i am so impressed as there is not a sign of wear in sight. Matt and Nat (material, nature) are a vegan brand that go by the…

The Travel Edition: Walk like an Egyptian, Sharm El Sheikh

I was lucky enough to grab some winter sun in January, i don’t mean to boast but it really did solve those January blues and it was lovely to jump on a plane whilst the majority of the world felt the reality of going back to work. It was a really enjoyable family getaway to Egypt and i would recommend to anyone to take a visit. There were a few things we couldn’t do due to current issues they are experiences near the Cairo area but we stayed in Sharm El Sheikh and experienced no problems. We stayed in Sharm, very close to Nabq Bay and the area…
