The Favourites Edition: August 15

Where did August go? Seriously, i blinked and it was gone. August was a pretty stressful month for me, i managed to get my ass in gear (pun intended) and passed my driving test! Safe to say i was preoccupied for the majority of August so this monthly favourites are minimal, and actually pretty stress busting. Lets get straight into it. I’m not going to lie, learning to drive has been somewhat of an experience for me, as a typical nervous passenger, taking the wheel has been a challenge for me. The lead up to my test date i was in bits, i’m not quite sure how…

The Fashion Edition: New Look Stackable Rings

Silver, silver and more silver! I have made it no secret that i love silver hardware, i’m always on the scout for something eye catching, i’m like a little magpie when it comes to jewellery shopping, ready to add something pretty to my collection. Rings have always been my top jewellery choice, it’s very rare that you would see me without one on, or two, three, four. I realise that we are now towards the later side of August, i wanted to wait a little before blogging about my Birchbox this month so that i could give a few of the products a real good go. This months theme was ‘beauty junkie’, so naturally made for me. Before i start blabbing on i just have to mention the emoji design, sooo cute! Six products to rave about including two make up products (which by the way, are my absolute favourites from the box). So, here’s the usual run down for you: Rituals Rice Scrub Lord & Berry Blush Bionike Cleansing Water Kebelo Clarifying Shampoo The Balm Bronzer…

The Lifestyle Edition: Open Air Cinema, Hitchin Lavender Fields

I often crave a London lifestyle and then i do something cute, out of the ‘norm’ and i am easily reminded that i live in a lovely little village surrounded by gorgeous scenery. Hitchin Lavender Fields are breathe taking, rows and rows of blossoming lavender, this a great place to get away from noise (of the road and my head). Hitchin Lavender hold open air cinema events annually throughout the summer seasons, doesn’t that just sound bloomin’ lovely? Gather your friends, take a blanket and a picnic and bask in the sunset while watching the big screen – heaven! With free popcorn on entry and a classic Pimms…
