The Food Edition: Rainbow Bowls

I’ve been pondering over a big change in my eating habits for a while and i have finally done it, it’s taken some adjusting but i can now officially say i’m a vegetarian. It’s more of a conscious health decision over a moral one as i have found meat just not agreeing with me or the way it reacts with my body. I have been finding other sources to pack in the protein and Rainbow Bowls are a way of tucking into some delicious goodness. These bowls are a fantastic lunch idea and not only are they quick to throw together but super nourishing too when the…

The Food Edition: Healthy Courgette Noodles

I’ve been seeing these green curls of goodness everywhere at the moment all thanks to the likes of Deliciously Ella, Madeline Shaw and other pro health bloggers. Courgette spaghetti, courgette noodles, zoodles or which ever you would like to name them are the new ‘spag bowl’ for the health conscious. The Food Edition: Sweet Tooth Satisfaction

Forget the in store cake aisle, forget the bakery, have you ever been to a dessert restaurant? Sounds divine doesn’t it. In my local town of Hitchin is a restaurant that dreams are made of, all sweet tooth lovers come together to gorge on sugary goodness. With late night servings until 10pm you really can have dessert for dinner. With an extensive menu of crepes to waffles, sundaes and home made cakes there is something for everyone’s taste buds. If you’re anything like me, hopeless at counting calories with a spoon at the ready for a second serving don’t feel too guilty, at £6.00 or less a pudding…

The Travel Edition: Walk like an Egyptian, Sharm El Sheikh

I was lucky enough to grab some winter sun in January, i don’t mean to boast but it really did solve those January blues and it was lovely to jump on a plane whilst the majority of the world felt the reality of going back to work. It was a really enjoyable family getaway to Egypt and i would recommend to anyone to take a visit. There were a few things we couldn’t do due to current issues they are experiences near the Cairo area but we stayed in Sharm El Sheikh and experienced no problems. We stayed in Sharm, very close to Nabq Bay and the area…
