The Beauty Edition: Peach Perfection

Last year i was offered the opportunity to have my hair done at the famous Bleach London salon in one of their branches in Dalston. Bleach London is renowned for their perfect pastel shades and they have certainly stamped their mark in the hair care world. The colouring service they offer is so unique and if you’re looking for something different and bold then you will be spoilt for choice. The range of colours are fantastic and the formula enables you to go for a bold or pastel look as the colour itself is worked on wet hair as oppose to dry. I am so drawn to…

The Fashion Edition: Matt and Nat Vegan Friendly Purse

You know that frustrating feeling of having to keep buying purses because they break, the zip gets stuck or it doesn’t take the weight of your coins, cards, receipts (girls keep a lot of receipts) and it splits and rips… I’m sure I’m not the only one that has experienced this and potentially repurchased a lot sooner than ideally needed to, right?  Well at the start of last year 2014 i invested in a purse from Matt and Nat and i am so impressed as there is not a sign of wear in sight. The Travel Edition: Walk like an Egyptian, Sharm El Sheikh

I was lucky enough to grab some winter sun in January, i don’t mean to boast but it really did solve those January blues and it was lovely to jump on a plane whilst the majority of the world felt the reality of going back to work. It was a really enjoyable family getaway to Egypt and i would recommend to anyone to take a visit. There were a few things we couldn’t do due to current issues they are experiences near the Cairo area but we stayed in Sharm El Sheikh and experienced no problems. We stayed in Sharm, very close to Nabq Bay and the area…

The Food Edition: The Hermitage, Hitchin

If you’re a lover of cocktails then you must take a trip to The Hermitage in my local town of Hitchin. I have been there several times now for drinks at the bar and food in the restaurant. This is the place to be for a Sunday Roast, i can vouch for that. I discovered my new favourite cocktail this Saturday just gone; Spiced Passion Fruit Mojito! On my many visits i have certainly made my way through the cocktail menu. Everything is made to perfection from presentation to taste and each one i have tried has been delicious! The venue has a lively, energetic vibe and the…

The Fashion Edition: Arm candy

I’ll be honest, i have never really been a clutch kind of girl. It took me a long time to realise that you don’t need your entire life in your bag on a night out. Last summer while on a rummage in favourite vintage shop in my local town Hitchin, Jolly Brown, my eyes fell on a range of gorgeous alphabet clutches. They’re so cute, so unique and surprisingly inexpensive considering the quality is superb! I went for a rather adorable slogan clutch that reads ‘rules are for fools’ very me i must say. They also stock smaller clutches and purses with simple initial designs. I’m currently…
