I had my first Blogtober fail at the weekend. I’m sorry if you headed on over for my usual Saturday and Sunday post, I’m usually so organised but I’ve barely been at home.
Firstly, I had a surreal opening to my weekend. If you follow me on Snapchat then you would be have been totally bombarded. I was lucky enough to attend the Fashion In Motion catwalk show, celebrating House of Holland’s ten year anniversary held at the beautiful V&A. Not only was I able to catch all three shows throughout the day, I had access backstage where all the action was happening so naturally, I was snapping away at all the gorgeous models. It was totally amazing, such insane energy, I was buzzing all day. The collection was incredible and I have to say I was a little starstuck hanging out backstage with the most stylish man about London town, Henry Holland. I went home tired but smiling from ear to ear, and with a new found love for tartan print!
I made it my mission to find a car this weekend. Through some stress and a few tears, I managed to find the perfect little motor. When you have a commute to tackle, the lack of a car seriously sends you into meltdown. I was like a woman unhinged. I settled for the cutest Fiat 500 in a rather intimidating, but gorgeous white colour. Honestly, I’m smitten!
I hope you can forgive me for the absent posts, I’ll be sure to make it up to you for the last week of Blogtober. Wow! It’s going so fast..
