The Beauty Edition: Festive Manicure With Mavala

Some girls have perfect skin, some great hair, unfortunately i am not blessed with either of these but my one claim to beauty fame are my nails. My nails grow like there is no tomorrow, unlike my tan or brows this is certainly one thing i don’t need to ‘fake’.

As a beauty junkie there is nothing i love more around Christmas time than a festive manicure. I recently discovered the brand Mavala which i briefly mentioned in my last post, if you had a chance to read that the first thing you will know is that these polishes are unbelievably affordable. I have only tried a couple of colours from the range but i have to say i am extremely impressed. The colours are gorgeous, so vibrant and they have a really lovely sheen to them, i usually sway to more of a matte finish but with the extra shine my nails look so strong and healthy.

So, you’ve seen that the colours are divine, you’re probably thinking why a dedicated review to just a nail polish? I have to say, i have used some god awful products in the past. I mentioned that naturally my nails are in really good condition but i have had experiences whereby certain products that are packed with absolute crap have destroyed my nails. Mavala are totally pro nail care, they have an extensive range of treatment products to get your at home mani in tip top condition. The best part about it all is that everything from the range is free from parabens, cellophane and most importantly animal products – for me, an absolute bonus! You can pick up these polishes on sites such as all beauty and in store at Boots. I just personally think that for the price the quality is great, the longevity of the product is impressive and the packaging is really dainty and pretty so if you’re looking for a change to the usual high ends brands on the scene right now then i would recommend giving these a try.

Go on girls, i’ll give you an excuse to add to your over spilling nail collection!

How lovely of you to drop by!
