THE LIFESTYLE EDITION: BEING A CREATURE OF HABIT

We’re all guilty of it, getting ourselves stuck in a sort of repetitive rut/funk/headfuck. Or for me, a little midlife crisis but in my twenties. Who even knew? Whether we realise it or not, sometimes life can just simply pass us by and before we know it the day to day becomes just that, the same, one after the other. Wake up, coffee, work, more work, a quick sandwich, a few emails, meetings, the drive home, a bath, dinner that’s too late in the evening, a few quick WhatsApp’s to the girl chat group, a few more emails and then finally bed. All for it to repeat…

THE LIFESTYLE EDITION: ARE WE SHARING TOO MUCH ON THE INTERNET?

Writing to you from a week/weekend from hell. Sippin’ on a glass of Pinot Noir and reflecting on a rather eventful week, I thought I’d put pen to paper (in 2018 terms). You can always come here for honesty. I’m very open when it comes to sharing my thoughts, feelings and life with you on here. So, what made last week so bad? THE LIFESTYLE EDITION: SPRING GOALS

‘Spring is in the air’ We all know that Spring is a questionable time of the year for Britain, especially when the weather man was still teasing us with that dreaded four letter word: snow. You even okay hun? I’m still skeptical of this heatwave we’re supposedly having next week. Believe it when I see it, babes. Although, it’s so time to welcome the lighter evenings with open arms, I know that I certainly will be. The clocks have gone forward which really means one thing… get yo’ shit together. No excuses for no’s. That applies to a whole heap of things; fitness, fun, friends. Anything goes.…

THE BEAUTY EDITION: MY TRAVEL SKINCARE SAVIOURS

I’m writing this post from Amsterdam. Er-ma-gawd! I’m so happy to be here. I haven’t had a personal trip abroad in FOUR years. Four fucking years guys. Yep, I deserve this! So why are you writing a post on holiday, I hear you ask? Honestly, because I’m absolutely shattered. Physically and emotionally. Hands up, it’s been a tough couple of weeks. Work is nuts and trying to juggle every aspect of your life in and away from the office is sometimes tricky. Anyway, I’m here and I have two days of non-stop exploring so don’t worry about little ol’ me, I’m curled up in the biggest bed…
