THE LIFESTYLE EDITION: A DAY WITHOUT COFFEE

I started New Year’s Day with a trip to McDonald’s. I was hungover, fragile, needy and desperate for a Filet-O-Fish (don’t knock em’ until you’ve tried one). It’s fair to admit I didn’t kick off 2018 in sync with the rest of the world, all starting their ‘new year, new me’ health kick, instead I was ordering double portions of french fries. Hey, I’ve never claimed to be perfect! Feeling a little guilty, this is when I started to whip up my realistic resolutions, which you can refresh yourself with here. I started to think about what I could do to make me feel better about my body and my mind. Having…

THE STYLE EDITION: BREAKING THE FASHION RULES

Feeling the effects of Christmas, slipping into a cheese coma and rocking a post festivities gut, I have to say, lead me to loose a little of that spark when throwing on clothes this start of January. Forgive me PT, for I have sinned. Cheese, wine, cake, more cheese, prosecco and more wine. I indulged and my body, well it didn’t exactly thank me for it. ‘You’re a dirty blonde’. Um, okay? Safe to say when I entered the Trinny London head office after having this shouted at me across the room, I had absolutely no idea what to expect. Reassuringly, it all made sense pretty quickly. Happy to report that no, I was not having abuse thrown my way but I was in the process of having my very own Match2me personal colour profile consultation. Don’t worry, it’s not as confusing as it’s sounds. Trinny London has a simple yet ever so effective concept. Beauty products, tailored to your complexion, all in handy stack pots to bring along wherever your busy schedule takes…

THE LIFESTYLE EDITION: HAS OUR GENERATION KILLED ROMANCE?

This blog post comes from my usual late night Sauvignon Blanc thoughts, a heart to heart if you like, or so it may seem. This post calls for some serious reflection. For me to confidently go full speed ahead into 2018 and tick off what’s left on the list, I think I really need to get a few things off my chest. Those things, being in relation to relationships, or the lack of them in my case! ‘THE ONLY PEOPLE UP AT 3am ARE IN LOVE, LONELY, DRUNK OR ALL THREE’ Give me any topic to talk about and off I go, easily,  but when it comes to talking about…
